- 28 flakes of ginger garlic
- 4 1/2 tsp peppercorns
- 5 cardamoms, green
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 sticks (each 2 1/2 cm) cinnamon
- 3.5 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 1/4 kg mutton chops
- 2 medium-cut tomatoes into quarters
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- a third of a cup of vegetable oil
- 2 curry leaves sprigs
- 6 chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts, broken
- 4 medium (400 grams) sliced onions 1 teaspoon of salt
Let’s Prepare Mansam Chops (Mutton Chops – Andhra Style):
- Grind together coconut, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns!! cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, and cumin seeds into a paste adding a little water (2/3 cup) from time to time.

- Close the cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
